Our Homeschool Hangout meets the 1st Thursday of each month. Topics vary each month and cover everything from STEAM to guest speakers. All ages are invited to participate, though programming is targeted toward middle elementary grades.
This month, we’re welcoming Georgia Power for an exciting and educational program on electricity and safety. Kids will learn about how electricity works, ways to stay safe around it, and even see some fun demonstrations!
Registration is required. This is a great opportunity for homeschool families to engage in hands-on learning and gain valuable knowledge about electrical safety.

Staff often take pictures during library programs. The library uses photos in its publicity, in social media, and on its website. If you prefer to not have your picture taken please let staff know at the beginning of the program.
