Program Description

Event Details

Our Homeschool Hangout meets the 1st Thursday of each month. Topics vary each month and cover everything from STEAM to guest speakers. All ages are invited to participate, though programming is targeted toward middle elementary grades.

This month we are thrilled to welcome a special guest from The Columbus Museum, who will guide students through a creative and engaging art experience. During the program, students will have the opportunity to create their own art projects inspired by the museum’s collection, while learning about the diverse works housed at the museum. The presenter will share fascinating insights into the art on display, offering a unique opportunity to explore history, culture, and creativity in a fun and hands-on way. This is a wonderful chance for homeschool families to connect, create, and discover together!
