Feeling tired and sore, but your kickboxing and Pilates days are over?  Or are you just beginning on your exercise journey?  No worries.  Your LaGrange Memorial Library has you covered.  Let's do some gentle stretching exercises without even having to stand.  We will work into healthy habits for a new year together.
