Event Details
Cosmic Kids Yoga is a digital series of storytelling that incorporates basic yoga and mindfulness techniques for children.
Registration Preferred as space is limited. Open to Ages 4-12.
Each kid should bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing that's appropriate for stretching/exercise activities.
