iRest Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra Meditation
iRest Yoga Nidra guided meditation is an evidence-based transformative practice that supports psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being. No meditation experience is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing. You can practice this meditation lying down or seated. Please bring a mat or blanket if you plan to lie down.
