Program Description

Event Details

Whether planning a garden or just want to curb food waste, this program is for you.  We will learn ways to preserve all types of food for later use with methods such as canning, freezing, drying, fermentation, etc.  It is easier than you think.  This is an adult only program.  Come ready to taste-test different styles of preserved foods!
