You are invited to Hogansville Public Library to explore all aspects of preparing to purchase a home. Bring your questions.  With all the challenges to home ownership, this is a great chance to see what is required now, what to expect, and where you can get help wadding through the paperwork. You will hear from three different specialists who deal with finding a home with you, getting through the loan application process and checking the legal ownership of the property.  First time home buyers will especially benefit from the information.
