This room can be used for non-profit meetings, training, civic activities, and community programs. During business hours, it may not be used for social purposes such as parties. You have access to seventy chairs, sixteen 2'x5' rectangular tables, six trapezoid tables, a podium, and a projector with HDMI wall connection for you to connect with your own device. The reserving individual is responsible for set-up and break-down of chairs and tables, as well as cleaning and garbage disposal after the program. Food and beverages are allowed. This room can be reserved for up to four hours (including set-up and break-down) from 10:00AM until one hour prior to closing. Please read the full policy before reserving.
