Attention all amateur artists, recyclers, Earth lovers and people who just wanna make art, upcycle trash art contest is back by popular demand! Beginning March 22nd, you can pick up your starter kit at Hogansville Public Library along with the rules of the contest. If you just want to play around and not necessarily submit your art for judging, that's OK too! The deadline to submit your art to Hogansville Public Library is April 15th!
The contest is being sponsored by the Hogansville Regional Art Association and Hogansville Public Library
