Program Description

Event Details

Sourdough 101
Ever wanted to try making sourdough at home? Adults are invited to come learn the basics in this fun, hands-on class! We’ll go over how sourdough works, how to care for your starter, and you’ll mix up your very own loaf to take home and bake. Everyone gets some sourdough starter to keep the baking going at home.

Bring an apron (things might get a little floury!), large non-metal mixing bowl and a container to carry your dough home in, and a small baby food size clean glass jar with lid.
